No ties this time! Two of ETHS's second-place finishers, The Hate U Give and Scythe, took 1st and 2nd place, respectively, while Karen McManus's One of Us Is Lying (which didn't crack ETHS's top three, but is nonetheless a favorite among students) took 3rd.
